This year, all entries will be submitted online using photos. **Please note, for pieces that are awarded first place at the National PTA level, the actual art piece will have to be turned in with an actual paper form to become part of the traveling exhibit. However, we won't need those until later in the school year, likely in June 2022.

  1. You are REQUIRED to enter online with an electronic version of your artwork AND entry form.
  2. Your files will be in a folder with other artwork, rename your file with the following format: ArtworkTitle_ArtsCategory_Division_StudentInitials
    For example: MyDog_Photography_MiddleSchool_AJJ.jpg  ~ Notice how there are no spaces ~
  3. The following is an important consideration before submitting, you will have to certify this when you submit the form:
    Ownership in any submission shall remain the property of the entrant, but the entry into this program constitutes entrant's irrevocable permission and consent that PTA may display, copy, reproduce, enhance, print, sub-license, publish, distribute and create derivative works for PTA purposes. PTA is not responsible for lost or damaged entries. Submission of entry into the PTA Reflections program constitutes acceptance of all rules and conditions. Submitter and their parent/guardians agree to this statement and the National PTA Reflections Official Rules.
